Giant inflatable dog turd floats away from museum, downing power lines.

Perhaps I'm somewhat....conservative in my arts tastes, but a giant inflatable dog turd doesn't sound much like art to me. Sounds like a college prank.

Oh - and it crashed into a children's home.
