I have found that the best thing to do in a case like this is to throw a few potential dates out there on a poll. That seems to create the best momentum.

Come up with some possible dates and ask a Mod or Admin to add a poll.

Okay so here are all the dates I can think of:

Saturday 9/6
Sunday 9/7

Saturday 9/13
Sunday 9/14

Saturday 9/20
Sunday 9/21

Saturday 9/27
Sunday 9/28

Perhaps we can meet at the museum around 11 AM, see the exhibit, poke about and then find a local eatery to have a late lunch/ early dinner. Say, Chinese?
