The Breastaurant: Newish Trend

Seriously, I wonder if a restaurant featuring exclusively hunky waiters could sustain itself.

Would there be an issue with the straight women and the gay men customers "competing" (my weak term) like Chippendales & Hollywood Men would have us believe?
Are there enough straight female and/or gay male business people to support such a place during the critical Lunch Hour.
Obviously, location would play a huge factor.
Would there be enough male waiters willing to be ogled by the patrons, regardless of the patrons' gender?
Would female applicants try to sue the owners over employment discrimination?
