I wish her and her family all possible best, but I have to admit I have no idea who she is.

I loved Natasha Richardson as the Vicar's young wife, Alice Keach, in A Month in the Country. It's not an easy film to find, I have it on ancient VHS. It is such a beautiful, quiet movie. The book is also wonderful. To me, she gave a performance that was just perfect, and she was very young at the time -- I think it was made in the late 80's.

45 is just too young to die. I really hope she recovers.

She also played the mom is Disney's remake of The Parent Trap.

So very sad. I just saw on the yahoo homepage that she has passed away.

I would hope that it is in error, but, either way, my prayers are with her family at this time. What a shock and tragedy.
