I'm not liking the updates I'm hearing about her condition. It is still unconfirmed by the family, but it seems her head injury caused internal bleeding and she had "talk and die syndrome".

If she is, in fact, brain dead it seems they are bringing her back to NY so family can gather and say their goodbyes before she is taken off of life support.

It's very tragic and scary.

Mark "The Bird" Fidrych

I remember his amazing rookie year. At the time I thought he was a bit of a hippie, but in retrospect, I'd take a dozen Fidryches of 1976 happily talking to the baseball over all the belligerent, scary-facial-haired setup men that pollute the game today.

It's always sad when a woman I've seen naked and in person (at the same time even) dies. ~~They~~ She will be missed
