I assume this is a new problem and not related to a switch in ISP, a new router, a new PC, etc....?
What's changed since you last had decent signal? Did the aboriginals in the next village put in a casino with satellite internet? Are sites down under as slow as sites in the developed world? Have you tired running a traceroute to various websites to see where the hold up is?
