We're doing Alsaska in 2011 and sprung for the veranda. On any other cruise I'd be fine with no view but the Alaska cruise you actually have views and I'm going to enjoy them on my veranda gosh darn it.

We are doing the Wonder's LA-to-Vancouver repositioning in April 2011 and staying onboard for a back-to-back to the first Alaska cruise. Thirteen nights, should be heavenly. Verandah stateroom, always. Hopefully no smokers in the next cabin forward like there were on our just-concluded cruise on the Magic.

The overnight in San Francisco should be interesting. Should we just go home for the day? Check on the cats, get the mail?
