Raw Food diet

I try to consume most of my veggies raw, and I eat about 4-5 cups of those per day on most weeks. They've greatly increased my energy levels, have helped clear my skin, and my digestive system seems a lot happier too.

Yes, but did you give up Prawns at the same time. That's what I wanna know....
