I feel bad for the customer service people, such as ML. You guys get the worst of it.

I can't believe they don't have hard facts at this late hour!

make July 17 "be nice to a CM day" as they will be working under difficult circumstances all the while, trying to keep a smile on their faces.

BTD: i agree, to not give advance notice would be a schtoopid move, as Hans would say.

MM and MBC: I really hope you guys will find a way in... wish i could help - even CM MG passes are blocked, as H said, otherwise i would.
