				Outlook Reading Pane
Who uses it? Just curious (seems to be differing opinions on it here at the office).

				            | I can't even get Outlook to open on my computer. So, not me.

| I Floop the Pig | I love the reading pane. But then, I have a ginormous monitor at work, so the pane can take up enough screen real estate to be useful while still leaving plenty of room for all of the other visual elements of Outlook. What I don't use is auto-preview. It just clutters up the message list.

My monitor is large and in charge. I use it for the same reasons as Alex... to know which to ignore. Pane on the right.

				            | Bottom, emails automatically marked as read once displayed in the pane for 5 seconds. I get a couple hundred work emails a day, if I actually had to open them to know which ones I could ignore I'd go nuts. |

				            | I use it (Outlook at work, Thunderbird at home). Love it.

| Kink of Swank | I just use it at work, and I love it. Love it on bottom (yes, I'm still talking about Outlook), taking up about half the screen. I wish GMail would have something like that ... or do they? |
