Government employees have been invited to submit ideas for reducing government spending. Only government employees can submit through this system. To enforce this restriction, one must register by using a government email address on an outside system. Upon registering, the system sends you a confirmation email, which you must use to validate your account, which you must do before one you are allowed to submit ideas.

Sadly, these confirmation emails cannot get through our firewall. There is no solution anticipated.

Fail.
