Google+ Is it the answer to Facebook?

(I'm guessing because everyone ELSE wants to be there too?) I somehow messed something up in my stream, or they're having a glitch. It'll give me friends' posts in real time, but it shows me only my posts prior to the time I load the page. And one page shows all my circles intact, but another page tells me I have no circles set up.
