Mmmm, Thanksgiving leftovers. (Turkey, stuffing, broccoli/rice/cheese casserole all mushed together in a bowl and microwaved. Topped with cranberry sauce)

I know, right? But it's Thanksgiving, allowances must be made. Lately I'm watching calories more closely than carbs, and staying mostly wheat free, the stuffing was made with wheat free bread.
