For those who decry a game center in the Park, the Starcade has been in Tomorrowland for several decades.

And judging by its progression over the years, I would say that Disney is not real motivated to make another one. It used to be two stories, then became one story then more than half of it became overflow store space for Star Traders. Last I checked there were maybe 10 machines in there and the upper floor has been vacant for years (despite Disneyphile's brilliant idea to turn it into Milliways!)
