The book arrived today, nice clean signature, looks like he inscribed it yesterday. It was, CP, in reality, a good price and a pretty penny.

Consider the rarity ('ve seen 3 signed copies of this book in 30+ years), it was given by him to his sister and in pretty good to very good condition for the age. It was a nice investment and I could probably sell it for twice what I paid.
