People always end up looking and feeling more confident and poised at the end of the show, even when they cry and resist. I believe the show helps me make better clothing decisions (though everyone I know can feel free to argue me on that point ). All I know is, I have STOPPED buying baggy clothes. That's pretty amazing for me.

I'm in the same boat -- love the show -- love the outcomes -- and have learned to stop buying baggy. I've gotten many compliments since I've taken their advice (via the TV, I've not been on the show) to heart, yet I don't feel at all like I'm not dressing as me -- to the contrary -- I feel that they've given me options I'd have not considered before. I didn't realize I'd gotten close-minded about clothing until I started watching WNTW. And I love Stacy. LOVE her.
