Do you make them with sourdough starter? I do. Some people "sour" the dough artificially with lemon juice, vinagar, or some other acid. I do it the old way......

And what that guy called pancakes, I call crepes.

And I still prefer using Aunt Jemima original pancake mix the most. It reminds me of breakfast at Disneyland!

Yes!... But my parents bought the starter kit at Knott's.

Cool! I got mine from San Fransisco! Of course the sour dough gets it flavor from the region it is in, so it doesn't taste like San Fran any more, it tastes like Garden Grove now .......
