I think this might require a reconvening (er, if it's the first time, is it a convening?) of the LoT Chemistry Experiment Society.

The original artical said Mentos (the title of the thread said Altoids). Never having had a Mentos, what is the difference?

Mentos are candy-coated wussy mints. I'm someone who likes a mint that will burn your mouth. Starbucks mints and peppermint oil
