| 101% Yummy! | I believe licenses weren't being issued while it was being adjudicated by the Connecticut Supreme Court. eta: Apparently the decision came down in October...I would guess that county clerks were given a month to reformat marriage certificates to include the options Morrigoon cited.

| Making Good Girls Go Bad | One of the issues on the Connecticut ballot was for a Constitutional Convention which was to be convened for the express purpose of changing the Connecticut state constitution to ban gay marriage. The issue failed.

| Kink of Swank | Ok, I'm confused. The Connecticut Supreme Court ruling came down a few weeks ago, I thought. How is it they were still "adjudicating" it? No matter, really. It's nice that the cradle of liberty has returned to New England. But Massachusetts and Connecticut make a mockery of California. Hurrah for them. Boo for us. We Suck. yes, we suck ... and it seems most Californians just can't get over that. |

It was my guess. I knew at one point it ws being adjudicated. I didn't realize the decision came down in October. See my above edit.

				            | Perhaps it took a month for the law to go into effect, like it did in Cali.
