In my family there is an agreed upon "what we will haggle on" before hand.

Any price changes are then noted on the price stickers if they are collected, or list.

But most times, in our circle, it ends of being a reason to gather, chat, drink, beer, and tan. No one ever leaves.

I can now see how this would be difficult for a non-local. Still a great idea though. Kudos to T & D for having it.
