Since Pakoras Umbridge (so named by the Stoat for the amazing resemblance sans English ethnicity) started all of this workplace dress code shyt, I've kinda been thinking about the footwear.

No open-toed shoes for you Jim Lad...and who knows, perhaps Pakoras may end up wearing the size 10's where the sun don't shine.

I disagree 100%. True, it's not a traditional kilt, but to say it's not a kilt seems like denial to me.

I love wearing my Utilikilt to work, Disneyland, grocery shopping, or anywhere I want to feel unbifurcated.

This kind of outfit is Victorian in origin (it was first seen in the mid 19th century). In other words, what most people think of when they hear "kilt". (And I think they look perfectly silly.)
