Things to check to permanently fix it - confirm that you have the inputs listed in the right order. Find out whether your TV skips an input if no device is connected and make sure the Harmony is set to match if it does or doesn't. Shout expletives at the remote if it still doesn't work.

Thanks GD.
Yes, the problem seems to be that it never changes the input on the TV. Not that it chooses the wrong input, but that it doesn't change it if I'm switching to a different device (IE going from watching cable to a DVD). I think the problem may be that the remote is trying to change the input too quickly before the TV is completely on. Yes, my TV is set to skip the unused inputs, and yes I've told the remote this. However, there are a few other problems when programming the remote when it comes to the inputs. The name of the buttons on my original remote don't match the names I can choose from in the Logitech program. They don't have just a "Input" choice. They have "Input1" "Input2", etc. I gave up on it for now. I'll try some more later.

So back to the Blueray issue.
I've tried other blueray discs, and they all do the same. It won't "Resume" play after stopping. I have a Samsung HT-BD2ET 5.1 Surround Sound Home Theater. Anyone else have a Samsung, or this model even, and experience the same problem? Also, it's a pain but it looks like you have to update the Firmware every 2-3 months to keep up with the programing. Is that normal for other Blueray makers? Usually, I just update when I buy a new disc that the firmware won't support, there by skipping a few updates and updating about every 6 months.
